For the console Skylanders games, specifically Skylanders SuperChargers, The Darkness is the first villain to serve as the final boss with Kaos as the penultimate boss instead.

You may be looking for the character from the spin-off TV series. Kaos is a wicked Portal Master and the main antagonist of the Skylanders series, who is responsible for banishing all of the Skylanders from their domain to Earth after destroying the Core of Light.
