Polaris® General™ UTV Exhaust - HMF Racing (2024)

The Polaris® General exhaust systems are available in a variety of configurations in the Performance and Titan series. All systems drastically improve the looks and sound of the General from the aggressive Performance dual full system, to the quieter than stock Twin Loop slip-on.

Performance Series
Dual Full System
The dual 4” aluminum silencers pick up 5 hp and 3 ft-lbs of torque. At idle the exhaust measures only 4 dB louder than stock with the included Quiet Core Inserts. The entire system also weighs about 17 lbs, 6 lbs less than stock. Multiple colors and end cap options are available for a further customized look.

Titan Series
Single Slip-On
The single 5” stainless steel silencer is available in the XL (loud) or QS (quiet) configurations. Perfect for the rider that is looking to pick up a couple horsepower, improve the exhaust note, and add a custom look in an easy to install setup.
Dual Full System
The dual 5” stainless steel silencers are available in the XL (loud) or QS (quiet) configurations and pick up 4 hp with the Titan XL or 3 hp with the Titan QS. The Titan dual full system is the ultimate in durability, coupled with improved sound and looks.
Twin Loop System
Maintains the stock power levels and installs as a slip on system retaining the original head pipe. The Twin Loop system connects to Titan-QS silencers in series creating more capacity to handle the exhaust’s sound pulses. This looped system traps the exhaust sounds, absorbs them, and allow the exhaust to run quieter than the stock exhaust by an amazing 8-10 dB.
