Mass Effect Andromeda's Voeld Vault is a very effective way to raise the planet's viability, so you should pay the dungeon a visit as soon as you can if you hope to make the surface habitable.
Before you can access it, however, you'll need to handle the Voeld Monoliths and their glyph locations and puzzles first, which we'll explain in detail here.

Voeld Monolith and Glyphs
The southernmost Remnant puzzle is located in a cave below the marker which contains the terminal and one of the three glyphs, but the other two glyphs are located above ground just to the north east of the marker.
Once you have done that, the three Remnant Decryption puzzles for each Monolith are as follows:

Voeld Vault
Once you have done the above, enter the Vault and use the gravity well to descend, activate the terminal, and make your way inside.
It's still cold in here, but there are small shielded pockets around a few heaters - keep an eye on your life support and thaw yourself out when needed.
When you reach the main chamber use the terminal in front of you to open a path to the left. Jump across, then warm yourself up - once you use the terminal here the heater shuts off meaning you have a limited time to complete the next section.
When you're ready, activate the terminal - this will cause another one to appear. Activate that, move to the next one, and repeat until they've all been activated.
You can now shut off the first one to thaw out again, but make sure to reactivate ite it again when you're ready.
Return to the main platform, activate the terminal again, and make your way to the other side. Defeat the Remnant in the area, activate the terminal, and then run as fast as you can back to the gravity well to shut off the "cleansing field".
