How to login to your ode account
To keep your account safe and secure, the ode card is managed by our partner, Pluxee, formally Sodexo (or Spree).
We recommend downloading the Pluxee UK Card app from your phone’s app store to make logging into your account and managing your card easier. But if you’re looking for the ode card login page in your browser, you’ll notice it is a Pluxee/Spree card login URL.

Who is eligible for the Health Service Discounts ode cashback card?
The ode cashback card from Health Service Discounts is available to all NHS staff and those who work in the health sector.
Unfortunately, the ode cashback card is not available to retired members at this time. This is due to pre-existing supplier agreements. Please note that we are working hard to include retired members in the near future.
How to sign up for the ode cashback card
Signing up for the ode cashback card couldn’t be easier. You only need a current work email address to verify that you are a healthcare worker.
If you do not have a work email address but currently work in the health sector, please get in touch with your HR or IT department to obtain one – that way, you can sign up and start receiving cashback with an ode cashback card.
How to receive cashback
Receiving cashback with the ode cashback card couldn’t be easier. After completing the registration process and receiving your card, you only need to activate it on the Pluxee UK Card app (or your account online) and ensure the card is topped up with funds. Then, shop at participating retailers and receive up to 16% cashback.
You can use the ode cashback card anywhere that displays the Visa Prepaid® acceptance mark, and just like a Visa Prepaid Debit card, the ode cashback card can be used both online and in-store.

Managing your ode cashback card couldn’t be easier with the Pluxee UK Card App. The Pluxee UK Card app allows you to:

- Check the cashback you’ve received
- Top up your ode cashback card
