How can I connect to the in-car Wi-Fi hotspot?

To access the in-car WiFi, please verify the following information:

  1. The WiFi on your smartphone device is turned on.
  2. Your vehicle is running, or in accessory mode.
  3. You have found the vehicle WiFi network name (ex: MazdaWiFi) and found your network password on the vehicle center screen:
  1. To find your Wi-Fi network name on the vehicle center screen:
    1. Select Settings from MENU
    2. Select Connectivity Settings
    3. Select Wi-Fi Settings
    4. Select SSID
    5. Find the Access Point Name (SSID) on your device, then select it
  2. To find your Wi-Fi network password on the vehicle center screen:
    1. Select Settings from MENU
    2. Select Connectivity Settings
    3. Select Wi-Fi Settings
    4. Select Wi-Fi Password
    5. Enter the password on your device to connect to the Wi-Fi network
  3. Open a web browser on your device and you will automatically be redirected to the Wi-Fi trial sign-up page. Select the option to start your trial on that sign-up page
  4. Complete all the required fields and accept the terms of the Verizon customer agreement

You will then receive a confirmation email – it may take up to 15 minutes for the Wi-Fi to activate
