There are lots of different currencies for players to work toward in Forza Horizon 5, including Kudos. The amount of Kudos players have can be seen by pausing the game and navigating to the "My Horizon" tab. The number is found under the thumbs-up symbol.
While having so many currencies to try and earn is great for the long-term enjoyment of Playground Games' newest entry in the Forza franchise, the developer isn't exactly the best at explaining how they all work. Kudos can reward players in a unique way if they build up enough of it, so this guide will cover all the ways to get more Kudos in Forza Horizon 5.

How to Get More Kudos in Forza Horizon 5
There are lots of ways to get more Kudos in Forza Horizon 5:
- Making and sharing custom liveries and designs.
- Creating tunes and sharing them.
- Helping others locate a barn find in Forza Horizon 5.
- Designing custom Event Blueprints in Eventlab.
- Gifting cars in Forza Horizon 5.
- Uploading photos through the Creative Hub.
Taking part in these creative activities has the possibility of awarding Kudos, but it isn't guaranteed. This is because Kudos is given by other players. They have to manually search for the option to give a like most times, except when accepting Barn Finds, or when a prompt appears after they have used a certain tune/design for a long time.
If players are looking to sell a car in Forza Horizon 5, they could leave it as a Barn Find instead, if money isn't a huge issue. The rarer the car, the more likely a fellow player is likely to give Kudos for receiving it. This is great for when players receive duplicates of vehicles they already own.
Creating simple designs and liveries for cars is another easy (but not guaranteed) way of earning Kudos. There are some intricate and funny custom designs that the community has made, like the Nigel Thornbury livery. These are more likely to receive Kudos, but take more time to construct.
What is Kudos Used for in Forza Horizon 5?
Kudos is mainly used for bragging rights in Forza Horizon 5. It unlocks additional flairs that others can see when competing in online races. It indicates how many likes they have received, showing that they are either very helpful or very creative. There is currently no way to spend Kudos on anything else, but this could always change in future updates.
