Kiffles are Hungarian pastries that have become incredibly popular in Pennsylvania. For those of you unfamiliar, kiffles are similarin appearance to a flat, rolled croissant with a sweet and often fruity filling. It's light and flaky pastry is due to mixing King Arthurflour, cream cheese and butter. The dough is refrigerated before being rolled out paper thin, topped with a dollop of fruit filling, and then hand-rolled and baked until golden. We dust them with powdered sugar for an an artisan touch before packaging.
